Taylor Nunnally serves as Director of Bloom at Trinity Partners, where she leads the firm’s hospitality and community engagement platform. In this role, she oversees the Bloom program across a portfolio of office and residential properties, focusing on tenant experience, programming, and community-building initiatives that support property performance and tenant retention.

With nine years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Taylor works closely with ownership groups and property teams to implement strategic programming, events, and engagement initiatives designed to enhance the tenant and resident experience. Her work supports a variety of clients and organizations across the Charlotte market, including Crescent Communities, the City of Charlotte, the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, and Marsh Properties.

Prior to joining Trinity Partners, Taylor gained experience in sports marketing within the NASCAR industry, where she developed a background in brand management, partnerships, and large-scale event activation. She now applies that experience to the commercial real estate sector, helping ownership groups create meaningful connections with tenants and the surrounding community.

Taylor earned a degree in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing from Auburn University. She relocated to Charlotte in 2013 and remains actively engaged in the local community.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and hosting gatherings with friends and neighbors.
