Sandy joined Trinity Partners in 2022 and oversees all human resources functions across the firm’s 280 real estate professionals, leading her HR team and helping shape the people practices that support the firm’s culture, growth, and long-term success.

Sandy leads talent acquisition, insurance benefits, professional development, and organizational best practices across the organization. A trusted partner to senior leadership, she brings deep expertise in strategic human resource management, organizational development, change management, and talent review. Known for her thoughtful, results-oriented approach, Sandy is skilled at balancing big-picture strategy with practical execution, creating processes that are both effective and sustainable. She is especially passionate about empowering teams, supporting employee growth, and fostering an engaged workplace culture.

Credentialed as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by HRCI, Sandy is recognized for her ability to lead with both urgency and empathy. She is an innovative problem solver who inspires others to do their best work through collaboration, encouragement, and engagement.

Outside of work, Sandy is a food and wine enthusiast with a first level sommelier designation. She enjoys traveling, discovering new culinary experiences, and spending time with her family and cats.
