A trusted partner to senior leadership, she brings deep expertise in strategic human resource management, organizational development, change management, and talent review. Known for her thoughtful, results-oriented approach, Sandy is skilled at balancing big-picture strategy with practical execution, creating processes that are both effective and sustainable. She is especially passionate about empowering teams, supporting employee growth, and fostering an engaged workplace culture.
