Roger Winn brings over 14 years of commercial real estate experience to his role as Partner with Trinity Partners. Known for his versatility across all asset and transaction types, Roger works together with his Columbia partners to focus on a broad spectrum of commercial real estate services, including office and medical office leasing, investment sales, development, and tenant representation.

Formerly a Senior Broker for a local brokerage where he specialized in the leasing and sale of office and medical properties, Roger’s extensive transaction experience totals over $150 million throughout the course of his career. As a trained attorney, he offers extensive transactional experience in a wide variety of deals ranging from national retail tenant representations, multi-tenant investment property acquisition, value-add purchases, and land assemblage. Although his expertise lies in the Columbia and Midland South Carolina markets, he has completed many transactions throughout much of the southeastern United States.

Roger has been acknowledged time and again by his industry peers for his sharp focus on details and his ability to get the job done. On a national level, he received the Transaction of the Year Award in both 2009 and 2010, CoStar’s Power Broker Award for Top Office Leasing Broker in 2013 and 2015, and CoStar’s Power Broker Award for Top Office Sales Broker in 2015. He is also a life-time member of the Circle of Excellence. He’s been recognized locally as the Top Leasing Broker in Columbia in 2015 and the CoStar 2015 Top Sales Broker in Columbia. He has received the Costar Central Carolina Realtors Association Circle of Excellence Award and the Lifetime Member Transaction of the Year Award in 2009 and 2010. He is Past President of the Central Carolina Commercial Real Estate Market Forecast Committee and is an ICSC member.

A native South Carolinian, Roger received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Clemson University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He’s an expert Carolina tailgate host, and enjoys time with his wife and children, playing golf, and bird hunting.
