Pam Peine is an HR Project Manager at Trinity Partners, bringing over 33 years of human resources experience to her role, including 15 years in commercial real estate HR across Childress Klein and Trinity Partners. In her five years with Trinity, Pam has become a trusted go-to resource for colleagues across the firm, keeping HR initiatives organized, on track, and running smoothly.

Pam’s work spans the full range of HR functions, including compensation, training, benefits, compliance, and new hire orientations. She has led several meaningful firm-wide initiatives, including a comprehensive rework of the employee handbook, open enrollment communications, training programs, and the implementation of both Breach Secure Now and Paycor. Known for her willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed, Pam is often the first face new Trinity employees see, welcoming them during orientation with warmth and enthusiasm.

Pam holds a B.S. in HR Management from UNC Charlotte and carries both the PHR and SHRM-CP designations. She is an active member of Charlotte Area SHRM and National SHRM. Outside of work, she is a proud mom of two sons, and is kept in line by her beloved westie, Toby. She enjoys fishing of all kinds and tends to both an outdoor garden and a hydroponic setup, growing vegetables and flowers year-round.
