Mike Greer is an Assistant Chief Engineer at Trinity Partners, where he oversees the efficient operation of all building systems while keeping the Chief Engineer and Property Manager informed of any conditions affecting building services, facility safety, and tenant comfort.

Michael’s strengths lie in mechanical systems diagnostics and troubleshooting, creative problem solving, and clear communication, skills that allow him to identify and resolve issues quickly while making sure tenants feel well taken care of. His portfolio includes properties across the University submarket and Uptown Charlotte, including One University Place, Escent Research Park, 1000 Louis Rose, and 440 South Church Street.

Outside of work, Michael is an avid golfer and stargazer. He has been married for more than 20 years to what he describes as the most beautiful woman in the world, and together they have two sons, Zachary and MJ.
