Michele Rogers is a Senior Property Accountant at Trinity Partners, managing the financial operations of real estate portfolios with 30 years of industry experience behind her. This year marks her 10th anniversary with Trinity, a milestone that reflects the consistency and care she brings to her work every day. 

Michele’s approach to accounting is rooted in customer service. She is known for responding to clients promptly, building personal relationships, and never shying away from asking questions. Prior to Trinity Partners, she spent 20 years at Spectrum Properties, building a deep foundation in real estate accounting. Among her notable client relationships is Tourmaline, whose team recognized her as one of the best accountants they had worked with. 

Michele graduated from Central Michigan University. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors and is kept on her toes by her three cats, Rocky, Zeppelin, and Gray. She is a proud mom of two.
