Born and raised outside Charlotte, NC, her family has been developing residential and industrial sites for more than 50 years.

Meredith’s dedication to excellence drives her commitment to ensuring the client has a perfect experience.

A proud graduate of North Carolina State University and MPA alumnus from the College of Charleston, Meredith is also an active member of Eastminster Presbyterian Church and a volunteer for SC First Steps.

Outside of commercial real estate, Meredith loves sailing and spending time outdoors with her family.
