Meghan serves as Transaction Manager in Trinity Partners’ Occupier Services group. She brings seven years of commercial real estate experience, with a background in tenant representation and office leasing. In her role, Meghan helps clients align their real estate strategies with broader business objectives, drawing on her strong market knowledge, relationship-driven approach, and experience navigating complex lease transactions.

Meghan began her career with Cushman & Wakefield in Carlsbad, California, where she was part of an office leasing team and gained valuable experience in market analysis, landlord representation, and lease negotiations within the competitive Southern California market. After returning to her hometown of Charlotte in 2023 with her family following the birth of their second daughter, she joined Savills, where she supported tenants across a variety of industries and further expanded her experience in occupier-focused real estate strategy.

In addition to her professional work, Meghan is deeply committed to serving the local community. In early 2025, she joined the Board of Directors of Foster Village Charlotte and now serves as Board Chair, helping lead the organization’s efforts to support local foster families and children in need.

A Charlotte native, Meghan is known for her thoughtful, client-focused style and strong communication skills. She earned her B.A. in Communications from Liberty University, where she built the foundation in strategic communication and relationship-building that continues to shape her work today.
