Lissette Espinoza serves as a Senior Property Manager at Trinity Partners, where she oversees the financial and operational performance of a portfolio totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet of commercial real estate.

With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, Lissette manages a portfolio that includes Class A office properties like Toringdon Office Park, industrial buildings, and property owners’ associations. She’s focused on maintaining efficient building operations and vendor management while working closely with owners, brokers, and construction partners to coordinate tenant improvements, capital projects, and ongoing property operations. 

Lissette earned her degree in Organizational Communication from Pfeiffer University. Prior to joining Trinity Partners, she held management and marketing roles with Spectrum Properties and Gingko Residential.
