Lisa Taylor is the Payroll and Benefits Specialist at Trinity Partners, where she manages payroll operations and employee benefits administration for the firm’s employees across multiple offices.
In this role, Lisa is responsible for processing semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll and serves as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, timekeeping, paid time off, and the Paycor platform. She works closely with employees and leadership to ensure payroll and benefits processes are handled accurately and efficiently.
Lisa has more than 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and brings a detail-oriented approach to payroll and human resources administration.
She earned her degree from Texas A&M University and has prior professional experience with organizations including Lincoln Harris, Whole Foods Market, and the NASCAR Technical Institute.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with family and caring for her pets.
