Lindsay Shute is a Brokerage Coordinator at Trinity Partners, where she supports the firm’s Office Leasing team in the Charlotte office. In this role, she manages administrative and operational processes that support leasing activity across the team’s portfolio of office properties.

Lindsay is responsible for coordinating deal documentation, tracking transactions, and assisting with listing management and marketing materials. She also works closely with brokers, clients, and tenant representatives to help ensure leasing assignments and completed transactions move through the process efficiently.

Before transitioning into brokerage operations in 2024, Lindsay spent more than 15 years in property management, including three years as a Property Manager with Trinity Partners. Her background in property operations provides valuable insight into the day-to-day management of commercial assets and the needs of both ownership and tenants.

Lindsay is actively involved in several internal initiatives at Trinity Partners, including Project Possibility, a Trinity initiative dedicated to bringing joy and support to others and the co-leads the firm’s Social Committee, nurturing the collaborative office culture that Trinity is known for.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and being involved in community events.
