Lauren Miller serves as a Director on Trinity Partners’ Property Management team, where she oversees the day-to-day operations and financial performance of a portfolio of commercial assets. In this role, she works closely with ownership groups, tenants, and service providers to ensure properties operate efficiently and that tenant needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

With more than 20 years of experience in commercial property management, Lauren is responsible for operational oversight, budgeting, vendor coordination, and tenant relations across her portfolio. Her current assignments include 440 South Church and The Alley, where she focuses on maintaining strong property operations while supporting long-term asset performance.

Lauren brings a practical and solutions-oriented approach to property management, with a focus on organization, communication, and consistent service for both clients and tenants.

She graduated from the University of South Carolina and is actively involved in the local community as a Chapter Advisor for Kappa Delta at Queens University of Charlotte.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her daughter’s interest in horseback riding.
