As the Director of Marketing at Trinity Partners Columbia, Kristina brings a strategic, creative, and collaborative approach to commercial real estate marketing. Since joining the firm in 2021, Kristina has led the full scope of the company’s marketing efforts across brokerage and property management services. Her responsibilities include overseeing branding and messaging, producing property marketing materials, managing digital campaigns and social media strategy, coordinating events, developing press releases, and guiding the overall marketing direction for the office.

Kristina plays an integral role in driving visibility for Trinity’s listings, professionals, and success stories throughout the Midlands. She works closely with brokers, property managers, and ownership groups to craft tailored marketing strategies that enhance property positioning, support business development efforts, and maintain brand consistency. Her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities make her a valuable asset to both the internal team and external clients.

Before joining Trinity Partners, Kristina spent five years in Raleigh, North Carolina, working as a marketing associate for national commercial real estate firms. During that time, she gained experience across a variety of asset classes and markets, sharpening her expertise in property marketing, client services, and creative content development.

Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. She currently lives in Lexington and enjoys spending time on Lake Murray, traveling, and cheering on the Gamecocks.
