Katyanna Cranford is a Tenant Services Coordinator at Trinity Partners, where she serves as a key connector between tenants, clients, vendors, and the property management team. In this role, she is equal parts problem solver and relationship builder, working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly and ensuring everyone she works with feels genuinely supported.

Katyanna takes pride in building meaningful connections with tenants, clients, and colleagues, and she is known for going the extra mile to deliver service that leaves a lasting impression. Her current portfolio spans a diverse range of assets across the Charlotte market, including Packard Place, Latta Arcade (The Alley), 1800 Central, 300 N College, One University Place, South End Business Park, Louis Rose, Chadbourn Mill, and Escent Research Park. She also serves as Co-Chair of Trinity’s Social Committee, helping foster community within the firm.

Outside of work, music is a constant presence in Katyanna’s life, she’s always singing, chasing down new artists, or replaying a favorite song. She also has a serious culinary side, having previously run a popular BBQ restaurant and developed a reputation for smoking an exceptional brisket. When she’s not in the kitchen, you’ll find her painting, drawing, dancing, or spending quality time with family and friends.
