Katie Bylenga
Brokerage Associate
A Greenville native with family roots running four generations deep, Katie has strong ties to the community and an enthusiasm for its continued growth. She earned both her bachelor’s degree (2024) and a master’s degree in economics (2025) from Clemson University.
Katie has already built a robust foundation in the real estate industry. While at Clemson, she interned in land acquisitions with D.R. Horton and volunteered in the Clemson Experimental Forest. After graduating, she moved to Nashville, where she worked as an Accelerator Associate with Franklin Street before returning home to Greenville. She also holds an FAA UAS drone license and is a member of CREW, the Greenville Chamber for young Professionals, and Young Professionals Commercial Real Estate Club.
Having grown up in Greenville and graduated from Greenville High School, Katie has a firsthand appreciation for the city’s evolution. She especially enjoys watching Greenville’s retail scene grow, discovering new restaurants and cafés, and spending time around The Commons and Unity Park.
Outside of work, Katie is happiest outside. She enjoys shooting her bow, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her dog. Her other interests include needlepoint and baking, and she has completed an IRONMAN 70.3. Before beginning her career in real estate, Katie also spent several summers working as a wrangler on a dude ranch—an experience that reflects the adventurous spirit she brings to both her work and life.
