John Hanline brings more than eight years of experience supporting the operations and performance of commercial, industrial, and multifamily real estate assets. He oversees a diverse multi-property portfolio, managing day-to-day operations with an emphasis on consistency, operational efficiency, and cultivating strong tenant relationships.

John is responsible for budgeting, vendor management, capital improvement planning, and comprehensive facilities oversight. He partners closely with ownership and service providers to ensure properties operate seamlessly smoothly and align with long-term asset goals. In addition to his operational leadership, John plays an active role in training and mentoring team members, standardizing internal processes, and enhancing tenant communication strategies. His collaborative leadership style and service-oriented mindset contribute to sustained occupancy, tenant retention, and overall portfolio performance.

Prior to joining Trinity, John spent six years with Bell Partners, a privately held real estate investment and management firm, where he served as Assistant Community Manager and supported the performance of multifamily communities.

John earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from The Catholic University of America, with a minor in Theological and Religious Studies.
