Jeff Day 

Senior Broker Associate, Greenville, SC 

Jeff joined Trinity Partners in January 2024 as a senior broker associate in the Greenville office. He leverages his eight years of industry experience in site selection, identifying retail and healthcare investment sale opportunities for clients and generating development project assignments. 

Prior to Trinity Partners, Jeff was a broker at Pintail, where he accrued retail-focused buyer-rep assignments and transacted with dozens of national retailers. Notable national clients include Taco Bell, Circle K, Little Caesars, Ace Hardware and Firehouse Subs. 

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from Baylor University. 

While he’s a Texas native, Jeff has called South Carolina – and specifically Greenville – home for more than 20 years. He is active in the community. He serves on the Meals on Wheels of Greenville Young Professionals Board and is U6 City of Greenville soccer coach. He is a member of First Baptist Greenville. 

In his free time, Jeff loves road biking, fishing, hiking, golfing, playing in community sports leagues, traveling and hanging out with family.
