Jackie Cranford is a Property Manager at Trinity Partners, bringing 25 years of commercial real estate experience to her role. A results-driven professional, Jackie specializes in tenant relations, financial operations, and building maintenance, with expertise in lease administration, high-volume rent-ups, and AR reporting. She is known for cultivating long-term tenant retention through proactive communication, swift issue resolution, and a genuine commitment to creating a positive environment for everyone in her buildings.

Among her notable projects, Jackie led a comprehensive exterior and interior painting initiative for Carmel Park Partners at Carmel Park I and II, navigating complex challenges to deliver a stunning transformation that gave both buildings a modern, refreshed identity. She is an active member of BOMA, CREW, and Women’s Christian Leadership. Jackie holds an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business Administration, with coursework spanning accounting, law, management, and marketing.

Outside of work, Jackie has always gravitated toward adventure. She is also an avid traveler, with cherished trips to Italy, France, Egypt, Israel, and Switzerland among her most memorable experiences. Her children are now grown with families of their own, a source of her tremendous pride.
