Ezra joined Trinity Partners in February 2024 as an associate in industrial property services in the Charlotte office. He has three years of industry experience – in investment sales as well as landlord and tenant representation. Ezra brings a strong foundation in banking and finance to his role in industrial real estate, with prior experience as a mortgage broker and financial advisor.

Prior to Trinity Partners, he was an industrial broker for Monument Real Estate Partners, where he represented a prominent industrial property owner as a landlord rep and represented a seller on properties totaling 200,000 square feet. He also worked on the sale and leasing of almost 300,000 square feet of industrial space.

Ezra is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS®. He is pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Outside of work, Ezra is a dedicated fitness enthusiast. He spends much of his free time in the gym, both as a trainer and as the owner of a fitness studio. The Charlotte, North Carolina, area native enjoys hanging out with his beloved pit bull, Blue, and trying new restaurants, especially brunch spots.
