Derek Meachum is a Project Manager at Trinity Partners in the firm’s Charlotte office, where he oversees construction and development projects across the firm’s commercial real estate portfolio. In this role, he manages projects from early-stage planning through completion, working closely with ownership groups, tenants, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Since joining Trinity Partners, Derek has managed a range of projects across several office assets, including 200 S College, 227 W Trade, and Toringdon Office Park. He coordinates the design and construction process across all project phases and serves as a primary point of contact between project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of each assignment.

Prior to joining Trinity Partners, Derek worked at Lincoln Property Company, where he supported both local and corporate commercial accounts. He also brings nearly a decade of experience in general contracting, where he managed ground-up construction projects and interior upfits. This background provides him with a strong understanding of construction processes and project coordination.

Outside of work, Derek enjoys spending time with his family and participating in outdoor activities, particularly winter and water sports.
