David Harris joined Trinity Partners in early 2025 as Director of Occupier Services, bringing over a decade of experience in tenant representation. Prior to this role, he was the Managing Director of Tenant Representation at Hart Commercial, where he built a reputation for delivering creative, results-driven solutions for office and industrial tenants.

Since 2016, David has completed more than 220 transactions across 42 states, representing over 2.1 million square feet and surpassing $125 million in total value. His ability to navigate complex deals and deliver tailored solutions has earned him recognition as a DCEO Power Broker in 2017, 2019, 2020, and 2023.

David holds a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University, where he was Editor-in-Chief of The Battalion, the university’s student newspaper. His background in journalism and economics fuels his strategic approach to real estate, ensuring clients receive data-driven insights and personalized service.
