DaJour Lowery is an Assistant Property Manager at Trinity Partners, supporting the day-to-day operations of commercial properties with a focus on tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordination. She serves as a vital link between tenants, vendors, and ownership, helping to preserve asset value, enhance tenant satisfaction, and keep properties running efficiently and in compliance with lease terms.

DaJour joined Trinity Partners in November 2024. Prior to Trinity, she served as an assistant community manager with Greystar, The Franklin Johnston Group, and Blue Ridge Companies, building a strong foundation in residential property operations, tenant service, and administrative management.

DaJour currently supports the management of multiple commercial assets, including 1800 Central Avenue, 2825 South Boulevard, and 300 North College Street. Collectively, these properties encompass a diverse mix of office, retail, restaurant, and nightlife space, requiring a well-rounded and adaptable approach to operations.

Known for her organization, communication, and follow-through, DaJour proactively addresses issues before they escalate and maintains strong relationships with tenants and vendors so that no detail in daily operations is overlooked. Her work streamlining operations and minimizing disruptions contributes to long-term tenant retention and asset value.

Outside of work, DaJour enjoys interior decorating, styling, and creative, artistic projects. Above all, she is proud to be a mom to her son, whom she considers her greatest accomplishment and inspiration.
