Chisolm Nicholson, CCIM, SIOR 

Senior Broker, Greenville, SC 

Chisolm joined Trinity Partners in January 2024 as a senior broker in the Greenville office. He brings to his role five years of commercial real estate experience. He has worked in land sales and leasing across many asset classes, including retail, medical office and industrial.  

The Greenville native grew up in a family rooted in commercial real estate and residential development in the Upstate. He prides himself on his hard work, integrity and ability to ask the right questions. He has worked with retail investors, local small businesses and owner-users investing in their first deal. He’s put together multi-million-dollar medical office leases and helped convert old pharmacies to Class A medical office spaces. His favorite work: industrial investment sales and leasing. 

Chisolm earned his Bachelor of Science in animal veterinary science from Clemson University. However, midway through college – after taking his first Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) course – he knew he’d pursue a career in commercial real estate. He now serves as treasurer of the South Carolina CCIM board, helping to grow the chapter and educate new brokers. In 2022, he completed his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) coursework, becoming one of the youngest brokers in the U.S. to obtain both the CCIM and SIOR designations. 

He serves on the Bon Secours Forum Board, the Greenville Ducks Unlimited Board and the Meals on Wheels of Greenville Young Professionals Board.  

Chisolm married in 2023, and he and his wife love to hunt, fish and be outside together as often as possible. He has never lived more than 45 minutes from Greenville and doesn’t plan on changing that – ever.
