Charlie Pope is an Industrial Services Associate at Trinity Partners, focusing on industrial brokerage in the York and Chester submarkets of Charlotte. In his role, he works with clients to navigate the complexities of industrial real estate, bringing a dedicated focus to understanding their needs and delivering results.

Charlie’s approach centers on building genuine relationships and developing a deep knowledge of his submarkets, qualities he believes are the foundation of long-term success in commercial real estate.

Charlie holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont and a Master of Management from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. As a Division 1 lacrosse player at both universities, he was named America East Offensive Player of the Year and earned All-America honors in the sport. Outside of work, he is a passionate sports fan who loves spending time with his large, close-knit family. His grandfather was one of 13 kids, which means Charlie grew up surrounded by a wide network of first and second cousins, a family tradition he continues to cherish.
