Caroline Boone is an Investment Sales Analyst at Trinity Partners, supporting senior investment sales brokers throughout the commercial real estate transaction process. Her work spans financial analysis, underwriting, market research, and valuation of office and industrial assets. Day to day, she builds ARGUS and Excel models, prepares offering memoranda and client presentations, and assists with business development and deal execution.

Caroline brings a relationship-first mindset to everything she does, believing that trust and responsiveness are the foundation of long-term success in the industry. She is consistently looking to deepen her market knowledge, sharpen her skills, and add value beyond her core responsibilities.

Caroline graduated in 2026 from the University of Georgia with a degree in Finance and a minor in Communication Studies. Prior to joining Trinity, she interned at Lincoln Property Company in Charlotte. At UGA, she was actively involved in Women in Business and Women in Finance, and volunteered extensively with The Backpack Project, a student-run nonprofit working to ease the burden of homelessness across the Southeast.

A Baton Rouge, Louisiana native and proud fan of both LSU and UGA, Caroline loves to cook, travel, and spend time outdoors. She shares her home with her two dogs, Boomer and Nellie.
