Caralynn serves as a Senior Property Manager at Trinity Partners for OneSouth, where she oversees the operations and financial performance of OneSouth’s portfolio of commercial assets in Uptown Charlotte.

With more than 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Caralynn manages a portfolio that includes Class A office buildings, retail components, and parking facilities. She works closely with ownership groups, tenants, and service providers to maintain efficient operations, manage budgets, and support long-term asset performance.

Her portfolio includes prominent assets such as the Bank of America Corporate Center and 1BAC, where she oversees day-to-day operations and tenant relations in a high-density urban environment.

Caralynn holds a degree in Communications and Counseling and brings a strong focus on communication and relationship management to her role.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through volleyball, paddleboarding, and yoga, as well as spending time with her family.
