Candace Yost is a Property Manager at Trinity Partners, focused on the daily operations that keep properties running smoothly and the relationships that make them thrive. She serves as the bridge between ownership and tenants, taking a personalized approach to every client and tenant interaction, taking time to understand each person’s needs to deliver exceptional service. She currently manages a large industrial portfolio that includes assets owned by Trinity Capital and Mortenson. 

Candace brings a unique and practical background to her role in property management. Prior to entering commercial real estate, she worked in Fire and Life Safety and holds a NICET Level 1 certification in Fire Alarms, a credential that gives her an added edge when working with Fire and Life Safety vendors and Fire Marshals at her properties. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina.

And in a detail she doesn’t often share, Candace was Miss SC USA 2001, representing and promoting the state of South Carolina before going on to compete at Miss USA.
