Little Known Fact
As a child, I was fortunate enough to grow up at Camp Merrie Woode, an all-girls summer camp in Western North Carolina run by my family. I learned to paddle, hike, and climb from world-class instructors, and spent summers working in the horse stables.
Bradley recently joined Trinity Partners as Division Partner of Industrial Services in the firm’s Charlotte headquarters office. He works closely with Terry Brennan, Partner and Industrial Services platform leader, to lead and grow the firm’s industrial brokerage team and portfolio across Charlotte and the region.
He joined Trinity Partners after building an impressive leadership and transaction resume at Stream Realty Partners, where he began his commercial real estate career as an asset manager for a 2.1 million square foot portfolio of industrial, office, and retail assets and assisted in the acquisition of over $100 million of assets. That role led to his transition into brokerage. As Managing Director of Stream Atlanta’s Industrial division for six years, he oversaw a team of 30 professionals and executed over $1 billion in completed transactions before moving to Charlotte to serve in his most recent role as Senior Vice President for Stream Carolinas’ Industrial division.
With over a decade of experience specializing in logistical, industrial, freezer-cooler, and manufacturing asset transactions, Bradley brings a proven track record of success in industrial investment sales, acquisitions, tenant representation, and landlord representation. His expertise has garnered numerous professional recognitions, including national accolades and consistent recognition as a CoStar Power Broker.
Bradley’s proven leadership and business development track record, combined with his established relationships with some of the country’s most respected institutional industrial owners (including Blackstone, Prologis, AEW, Stockbridge, and Eastgroup) have earned him the respect of colleagues and clients alike. His commitment to drive value for Trinity Partners’ clients, growing the industrial team and strengthening the firm’s presence in the Southeast. Dunn received his BSBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill. An accomplished athlete, he played goalie for the UNC men’s varsity lacrosse team, winning a Division 1 ACC Championship and earning All-American/All-State honors in high school.
