Braden focuses on an extensive range of commercial real estate services, including office and medical, flex/industrial, investment sales, and land. Braden comprehensively supports his clients’ real estate goals with well-rounded industry expertise that encompasses multiple facets of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Trinity Partners, Braden worked as a broker for NAI Avant specializing in retail and office sales and leasing, and Advance Land and Timber, specializing in land sales and timber investment properties across the southeast.
Braden was selected as a finalist for Columbia Metropolitan Magazine’s 2023 Capital Young Professionals Award. This award is based on career success, philanthropic passion and service, and commitment to community leadership.
He is a graduate of the Columbia Chamber’s Leadership Columbia Class of 2020 for emerging community leaders. Founded in 1972, Leadership Columbia is a 10-month, skills-building program that aims to identify and motivate the next generation of community leaders by providing an educational experience with a strong emphasis on social and community awareness.
He is also involved in multiple leadership organizations including the Committee of 100, the Leadership Columbia Alumni Association, and the Young Leaders Society of United Way.
Braden is actively involved in Camp Cole, a local non-profit in Columbia. He currently serves as the Chair of one of the camp’s largest fundraising events, the Happy Campers Oyster Roast. The fundraiser helps send children, teens, and adults, with illness, disabilities, and life challenges to camp.
A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Braden earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Clemson University, minoring in Accounting. In his free time, he enjoys grilling out for the whole neighborhood, spending time in the outdoors, and playing golf.
