Bo Blight is a Senior Advisor on Trinity Partners’ Occupier Services team, advising companies on office and industrial real estate decisions that support broader business goals. Drawing on experience from both sides of the table, Bo brings a landlord-rep perspective to tenant representation—helping clients evaluate options, understand true deal economics, and negotiate terms that create long-term flexibility and value.

Bo specializes in occupier representation for national and local organizations, aligning real estate strategy with operational needs and growth plans. His work is supported by Trinity’s full-service Occupier Services platform, including portfolio strategy, lease administration, desktop audits, transaction management, and project management (client-provided). He is known for a hands-on, detail-oriented approach and a collaborative style that keeps stakeholders aligned from early planning through execution.

Most recently, Bo has served as an advisor for D.A. Everett Construction, Bloomreach, and PIE.ZAA (client-provided). Prior to joining Trinity Partners, he worked in Dallas with Citadel Partners, where he supported a diverse client base and helped advise on office lease transactions— including assignments for companies such as EXCO Resources and Westwood Energy Partners.
