Austin Chase leads Atlanta’s office brokerage platform, focused on expanding our agency services to build a thriving Atlanta office asset portfolio.
Austin brings a wealth of experience to the table. Before joining Trinity Partners, he led Atlanta Property Group’s leasing team, closing over 850 deals worth $390 million. His career also includes eight years at Lavista Associates, where he honed his skills in leasing a variety of office spaces. He is a multiyear member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and has been recognized as a Costar “Power Broker”.
A proud Atlanta native, Austin is deeply connected to the local market. His strong business relationships and deep market knowledge have been instrumental in his success.
Austin earned a BBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and is a graduate of Woodward Academy in Atlanta. He lives in Brookwood Hills with his wife, Meredith, and their two children.
