Ashley Owens brings 20 years industry experience to Trinity Partners. She is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial real estate properties consisting of industrial, flex, office, and retail developments, including the physical and financial components of each asset. Ashley works to cultivate relationships with current clients and secure additional property management accounts, while providing best-in-class service to both, clients and tenants.

In Ashley’s past professional experience, she has managed properties for developers, investors, both large and small owners, and family-owned clients. Ashley believes that service and communication are key in building and sustaining day-to-day relationships with clients and tenants. Prior to joining Trinity Partners, Ashley worked at NAI Avant as a Senior Property Manager for a Class-A medical office property.

Ashley is a Francis Marion University graduate, an IREM SC Chapter Administrator, and member of the Junior League of Columbia. She is married living in Lexington with two young boys that keep her very busy with sports.
