Outside of work, I run a family farm that’s home to llamas, alpacas, goats, donkeys, pigs, rabbits, and more than 100 chickens. Managing the farm has taught me just as much about problem-solving and adaptability as my career in accounting.
Ashley Italia is the Director of Accounting Services at Trinity Partners, where she serves as the head of all accounting functions for the firm. With 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Ashley provides the financial stewardship and operational oversight essential to the company’s sustained growth and stability.
In her role, Ashley oversees the complex intersection of corporate and property accounting. Her specialty lies in streamlining financial operations and ensuring meticulous accuracy across the firm’s diverse portfolio. With two decades of navigating real estate finance, she is a trusted leader who bridges the gap between high-level fiscal strategy and day-to-day property performance, ensuring both Trinity and its clients remain on a solid financial foundation.
Ashley’s professional expertise is backed by a rigorous academic background. She graduated from North Carolina Wesleyan College with a double major, earning a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Business Administration.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Ashley manages a working farm. When she isn’t tending to her property, she stays active by playing sand volleyball.
