Trinity Partners has signed a lease for 6,400 square feet at the new Perimeter II building in Morrisville, NC, enabling Trinity to expand its full service commercial real estate operations in the heart of the Triangle.

The new space will be similar to the firm’s headquarters office in Charlotte, featuring a modern aesthetic and finishes and open floor plan with a focus on collaborative work space. The configuration takes into consideration the need for both partnership and privacy. The close proximity of the work stations fosters communication and drives the energy of the team and the multiple conference and collaboration rooms provide privacy when needed.

Trinity Partners Construction Services will begin to build out the space in June, 2014 with a projected move in date in early September.
