Trinity Partners, one of the Southeast’s leading commercial real estate firms, today announced the addition of Bradley Dunn as Division Partner of Industrial Services in the firm’s Charlotte headquarters office. He will work closely with Terry Brennan, Partner and Industrial Services platform leader, to lead and grow the firm’s industrial brokerage team and portfolio across Charlotte and the region.

Dunn joins Trinity Partners from Stream Realty Partners, where he began his commercial real estate career as an asset manager for a 2.1 million square foot portfolio of industrial, office, and retail assets and assisted in the acquisition of over $100 million of assets; a role that led to his transition into brokerage. As Managing Director of Stream Atlanta’s Industrial division for six years, he oversaw a team of 30 professionals and executed over $1 billion in completed transactions before moving to Charlotte to serve in his most recent role as Senior Vice President for Stream Carolinas’ Industrial division.

“I’ve spent the past 11 years in the Southeast, watching Trinity Partners grow into one of the most respected firms and brands in the region. I’m excited to join the team. With my experience in industrial brokerage and team leadership, I’m committed to driving value for our clients, growing our team, and strengthening the firm’s already exceptional reputation. Trinity’s entrepreneurial spirit, family-first values, and dedication to excellence align perfectly with my own values. I’m eager to work alongside Terry and the team to expand our industrial services platform, enhance our client relationships, and shape the future of the market in Charlotte and beyond,” said Dunn.

Dunn’s proven leadership and business development track record, combined with his established relationships with some of the country’s most respected institutional industrial owners (including Blackstone, Prologis, AEW, Stockbridge, and Eastgroup) were long admired by Trinity Partners’ leadership.

“Bradley came to Charlotte and hit the ground running. He didn’t take any shortcuts when it came to learning the market and going after business, an inherent trait of his that sets him apart,” said Brennan. “His skillset brings a lot to the table and is an excellent complement to what we’ve built here in Charlotte over the past 25 years. I’m looking forward having him help lead and grow our team and leasing and management portfolio and team.”

With over a decade of experience specializing in logistical, industrial, freezer-cooler, and manufacturing asset transactions, Dunn brings a proven track record of success in industrial investment sales, acquisitions, tenant representation, and landlord representation. His expertise has garnered numerous professional recognitions, including national accolades and consistent recognition as a CoStar Power Broker.

“Bradley’s breadth of experience across the Southeast allows us to leverage our services across the Carolinas and especially in our newest office in Atlanta,” said Adam Colvin, Managing Partner. “It bolsters our presence along the important I85 corridor and positions us as a leader in the industrial commercial real estate sector.”

Dunn received his BSBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill. An accomplished athlete, he played goalie for the UNC men’s varsity lacrosse team, winning a Division 1 ACC Championship and earning All-American/All-State honors in high school.
