News Trinity Partners to manage and lease 24-building Triangle Portfolio, expands by 16 employees
Trinity Partners is proud to announce the addition of 16 new employees in our Raleigh office. The new team members will work on Trinity’s newest leasing and management assignment, the three million square foot, 24-building Duke Realty portfolio to be acquired on April 1st by a joint-venture between Starwood Capital Group, Trinity Capital Advisors, and Vanderbilt Partners. The portfolio includes Perimeter Park in Morrisville and three other office buildings in Raleigh and Cary.
Broker William Allen has joined the commercial real estate firm as Director of Office Leasing. Allen comes to Trinity Partners after 18 years with Avison Young. Allen has been a top broker in the Triangle for many years, and his success and experience has earned him the respect of colleagues and institutional owners across the country.
“I am thrilled at the opportunity to be working with such a talented and proven group as Trinity, providing continued leasing expertise to one of the largest office portfolios in the southeast,” said Allen. “We look forward to supporting and growing the special business environment created by Duke Realty at Perimeter Park.”
Amy Mayer will join as Senior Portfolio Manager and Mike Landreth as Senior Operations Manager on April 1st from Duke Realty where they worked directly with the 24 buildings. An additional 13 new property management employees have been hired to work with Mayer and Landreth to continue to provide best-in-class service for the portfolio.
“We’re fortunate to have such a talented new group of people to help us grow our Raleigh office,” said Gary Chesson, Founding Partner at Trinity Partners. “We couldn’t be more excited to be expanding our platform in such a significant way. Tenants can expect a smooth transition and continuity of service, with many of the same professionals continuing to provide their property management services.”
Headquartered in Charlotte, Trinity Partners expanded into the Triangle market five and a half years ago, partnering with David Townsend to open the firm’s second office. The commercial real estate firm has continued to grow, bringing on real estate veteran Sam DiFranco as Partner in early 2013. In 2014, Trinity moved to Perimeter II, one of the newest office buildings in the portfolio that Trinity Partners will lease and manage.
