Trinity Partners’ Team Close Out Year with Multiple Transactions

Columbia, South Carolina – January 9, 2023, Nick Stomski, SIOR and Jake Nidiffer of Trinity Partners Columbia closed out 2022 with four notable transactions.

Stomski and Nidiffer represented the seller in the transaction of 1100 Knox Abbott Drive in Cayce. The property, formerly a bank, is situated on 1.03 acres at the corner of Knox Abbott Drive and Garden Avenue. The Columbia area can look forward to the development of a new restaurant in the city of Cayce!

Representing First Community Bank, the pair executed the sale of a 13,400 square feet flex building located at 1735 Wilson Road in Newberry, SC. The building sits on approximately 2 acres along a major business corridor across from Newberry County Memorial Hospital.

Trinity Partners facilitated the sale of 101 Sum Mor Drive for the second time in 2022. The 6,160 square foot medical office building located in West Columbia is near Lexington Medical Center.

Lastly, Stomski and Nidiffer facilitated the sale and lease-up of a 16,530 square foot flex/industrial property located 1201 Rosewood Drive in Columbia. We are excited to welcome a new tenant to the former T&T Sports building.
