Jun 18, 2012

Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the firm’s newest retail leasing and management assignment, the 159,625 SF Mooresville Festival shopping center. Located just off of Interstate 77 at 350 West Plaza Drive in Mooresville, the center is home to Belk’s and Kohl’s department stores.

“This is an exciting addition to our Property Management portfolio,” noted Heather Thompson, Trinity Partners’ Director of Property Management. “It’s a popular center in the heart of Mooresville, and we’re looking forward to working with tenants and customers to ensure their experience with Mooresville Festival is exceptional.”

Trinity Partners’ Director of Retail Brokerage Services, Beverly Keith, CCIM, will handle the center’s leasing responsibilities. “With such fantastic anchors, the center is a vibrant shopping destination for the surrounding residential areas,” said Keith. “It’s a dynamic retail market, and we’re planning some key improvements that will elevate the shopping experience for both customers and tenants.” Keith plans to target well-known national and regional retailers to add to the center’s current mix as Trinity Partners positions the asset to continue to grow to meet the needs of the area’s discerning consumers.

Mooresville Festival represents Trinity Partners’ first retail leasing assignment in the Charlotte area. The firm hired Keith at the beginning of the year to lead its expansion into the retail platform, and since then, Keith has quickly secured several key retail leasing assignments. “We’re extremely proud of Beverly and how she’s developed our retail brokerage services platform so quickly and smoothly,” noted Gary Chesson, Co-Managing Partner at Trinity Partners. “Both she and our Property Management team are perfectly suited to represent Mooresville Festival and create a best-in-class leasing and shopping experience.”

The property is owned by Mooresville Partners Limited Partnership.
