Columbia, South Carolina – June 20, 2023, Partner, Macon Lovelace and Brokerage Associate, Bruce Greenberg represented the seller in the recent sale of 1021 Pinnacle Point Drive in Columbia, SC. The 41,000 square foot multi-tenant office building sold for $3,950,000. Trinity Partners Columbia has been engaged to continue the leasing of the property.
