Trinity Partners Now Leasing Downtown Charlotte’s Carillon Building

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – February 4, 2016 – Charlotte-based commercial real estate firm, Trinity Partners, is pleased to announce the newest addition to its office leasing portfolio, downtown Charlotte’s Carillon building. Jennifer Kurz, Senior Leasing Agent, and Rhea Greene, Partner and Director of Office Leasing, will handle all leasing duties on behalf of Carillon’s new owner, KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III (KBS REIT III).

The 24-story, 476,308-square-foot building is considered one of Charlotte’s most iconic buildings, with its unique architecture, Class-A amenities, and featured artwork. Carillon is ideally positioned at 227 West Trade Street, two blocks from both Trade and Tryon Streets and the city’s burgeoning Third Ward District, featuring Romare Bearden Park and BB&T Ballpark. Construction begins this fall on the Grand Bohemian Hotel, the future Kessler Collection four-diamond hotel located next door to The Carillon and scheduled for completion in 2018.
