Trinity Partners, one of the Southeast’s leading commercial real estate firms, is proud to announce its newest leasing assignment: Charlotte’s Innovation Park.

Located in Charlotte’s University submarket, Innovation Park is a 12-building office and industrial campus. The Park originally served as IBM’s headquarters and has evolved into a modern work campus that’s home to a diverse tenant base, including Allstate Insurance Company, The IMAGINE Group, Barrmax Corporation, Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company, and Royal Appliance Manufacturing.

Accesso Partners and Partners Group acquired the Park in 2019 and worked with Gensler to implement $8 million of renovations to significantly improve and modernize the onsite experience. Improvements included a complete overhaul of the Atrium to include co-working areas, quiet work spaces, a gaming hub, and a pop-up lounge. The Park’s two fitness centers, multiple outdoor spaces, and onsite food and lounge areas were fully renovated. New additions include a state-of-the-art 150-person conference room with multiple breakout areas, and numerous outdoor gathering spaces.
