Trinity Partners Names New Managing Partner in Columbia, SC

Columbia, South Carolina – January 10, 2024, Trinity Partners has named Peyton Bryant, CCIM, SIOR to the role of Managing Partner for the Columbia office. Bryant will succeed South Carolina Founding Partner, Bruce Harper, SIOR, and will assume the day-to-day overall operational responsibilities and Broker-in-Charge duties while continuing to source new opportunities for the firm’s brokerage and property management divisions.

“Peyton brings an exceptional skill set to his new role and will help lead the continued growth and performance of our market leading Columbia office,” commented Harper. Bryant joined Trinity Partners in June of 2022 and had been serving as Partner and Director of Business Development. He is actively involved in several Midlands business and philanthropic organizations, representing Trinity Partners in its commitment to serve the broader community.

Harper will continue to serve on Columbia’s Executive Committee and will lead the firm’s continued strategic geographic growth throughout South Carolina. He will also focus on development and investment opportunities and continue to conduct brokerage business for his clients.
