Trinity Partners is pleased to announce their latest Property Management assignment. Bradford, located at High House and Davis in Cary, is an $80 million, 42-acre master-planned mixed-use development that will feature the area’s first Publix supermarket. Northwood Ravin is master-planning and developing the project.

Bradford combines upscale apartments, grocery, and retail in the heart of one of the Triangle’s most popular areas. The Publix and additional retail will amount to over 66,000 SF, with multiple outparcels available for further development. Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa and T.Mac Sports Grill are confirmed tenants, and additional retail tenants are in the process of negotiating leases to be announced soon. Bradford will open this summer, and Trinity is actively managing the project with Raleigh Director of Property Management Eve Pilkington serving as Property Manager. Pilkington and Trinity’s Senior Director of Retail Services, Beverly Keith (CCIM, CRX), worked together to earn the property management assignment.

“The entire Trinity Partners team is thrilled to partner with Northwood Ravin and Northwestern Mutual on their newest development,” said Pilkington. “Bradford will bring great new energy to Cary. We are looking forward to assisting during the development stage and helping our new tenants open for business.”
