Trinity Partners Facilitates the Sale and Lease of Flex Building in West Columbia, SC

Columbia, South Carolina – June 15, 2023, Partner, Nick Stomski and Senior Brokerage Associate, Jake Nidiffer represented the buyer in the purchase of a flex property located at 100 Branch Road in West Columbia. Following this transaction, Nick Stomski was engaged to market the building. Jake Nidiffer was working with a client that was an ideal fit for the building and the team facilitated the long-term lease for the regionally based company.

The 19,860 square foot, flex building is the new home for Love Plumbing Heating & Air. Their operation required a unique property that could act as an all-in-one facility. The need for adequate warehousing for materials, in-house training rooms, administrative offices, and parking for their fleet of service vehicles in a centrally located area made 100 Branch Road the best fit based on these requirements.

Love Plumbing Heating & Air renovated the office portion of the building and are operating from the new space.
