News Trinity Partners Facilitates Sale of Two Medical Investment Properties in Upstate South Carolina

Columbia, South Carolina – May 15, 2025, Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the successful sale of two Class A medical office investment properties located in Upstate South Carolina. The transactions included 141 Halton Village Circle – a 6,244 square foot medical office building in Greenville, SC and 110 Mutual Drive – a 3,500 square foot medical office building in Anderson, SC.
Both properties are fully leased to Palmetto Infusion, a leading provider of in-clinic and home-based infusion and injection services for patients with acute and chronic conditions.
The Greenville property sold for $2,532,500 while the Anderson property sold for $1,448,030.
Trinity Partners’ Bruce Harper, SIOR and Dail Longaker represented the purchaser of the Greenville property. Bruce Harper, SIOR and Rob Lapin represented the purchaser of the Anderson property.
