Columbia, South Carolina – January 27, 2025, Trinity Partners has completed the sublease of an industrial facility in St. Louis, Missouri. Bruce Harper, SIOR, one of the founding partners of the South Carolina office, represented the sublessor, ANSCO & Associates, LLC in partnership with local St. Louis broker Christy Wirth, SIOR of Cushman & Wakefield.

ANSCO & Associates subleased the 21,615-square foot free-standing building located at 8893 Frost Avenue. The subtenant was represented by John Sheahan, SIOR, of NAI Desco.
