Bruce Harper, a founding partner of Trinity Partners’ South Carolina office, represented the tenant, ANSCO & Associates, LLC, in collaboration with local broker Nathan Matelich of Coldwell Banker Commercial CBS, who represented the landlord.

Located at 4025 1st Avenue South, the facility will support ANSCO & Associates’ expanding operations. ANSCO & Associates, LLC is a nationally recognized telecommunications company providing end-to-end telecom services, from system design to turnkey construction.
