Columbia, South Carolina – December 17, 2024, Trinity Partners has completed the lease expansion of industrial facilities in Denver, Colorado and Salt Lake City, Utah. Bruce Harper, one of the founding partners of the South Carolina office, represented the tenant, ANSCO & Associates, LLC in both transactions.

ANSCO & Associates is expanding into an additional 24,376-square foot space, located at 11585 East 53rd Avenue in Denver, Colorado. The landlord was represented by Tom Stahl of Colliers.

They are also expanding their facility in Salt Lake City, Utah into Suite 300 containing 46,234 square feet located at 455 South 6400 West. The landlord was represented by Jeremy Jensen of Colliers.
