Trinity Partners is pleased to announce that it has been selected to manage two properties owned by Asana Partners, a premier real estate investment firm.

The newly awarded portfolio includes One West Court Square in Decatur, and Brickworks, located in West Midtown, Atlanta. The assignment adds 360,000 SF to Trinity Partners’ Atlanta office assets under management, bringing the management portfolio to just over five million square feet.

Brickworks, located at 1000 and 1009 Marietta Street NW, is a mixed-use retail and office property located in West Midtown. The property offers retail, dining and office space and walking distance to everything that Atlanta’s most dynamic neighborhood has to offer. Tenants include BondVet, Culinary Dropout, Emmy Squared, Grace Loves Lace, Food Terminal, Lovely Bride, Postino, and Slingshot Social Game Club.
