News Trinity Partners Completes Sale of Retail Strip Center in Blythewood, SC

Columbia, South Carolina – June 8, 2026, Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the successful sale of a 33,456 square foot retail strip center, McNulty Plaza, located at 420-428 McNulty Street in Blythewood, South Carolina.
A true value-add opportunity, McNulty Plaza is strategically located at the same I-77 exit as the new Scout Motors manufacturing facility in Blythewood. The strip center was purchased for $4,750,000. The property will undergo extensive improvements under new ownership, featuring a refreshed exterior, upgraded parking lot, enhanced lighting, and interior renovations.
Crawford Prezioso, Senior Brokerage Associate, represented the buyer in the transaction and Trinity Partners has been retained to lease the asset.
